ऐसे बनाएं स्वादिष्ट मेवा पंजीरी || Dry Fruits Panjiri Recipe


Method:

* Take a pan & add 1 tbsp Ghee/Clarified Butter.
* Add Dry Fruits (Makhane ,Raisins,Cashew nuts,almonds, chironji etc.)
* Roast Dry Fruits for 1 minute.
* Take them out in a bowl.
* Add 2 tbsp Ghee/Clarified Butter
* Add 2 cups of Wheat Flour/Ata
* Add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
* Roast until light brown in color.
* Roast for another 2 minutes.
* Now it turns light brown .
* Add roasted dry fruits in it and mix well.
* Now switch off the flame and rest for 2 minutes.
* Add 1 cup Powdered Sugar and mix it well.
* Add 4-5 tulsi leaves.
* TASTY PANJIRI IS READY
