ऐसे बनाये आसान तरीके से परफेक्ट और टेस्टी बैंगन का भरता || Baigan Bharta Recipe


Eggplant/aubergine/ brinjal/baingan-1
Chopped onion-1(medium)
Chopped tomato-2(large)
Chopped green chilli-2-3
Ginger garlic(grated/paste)-1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Amchoor Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil-2 tbsp


* Take 1 1/2 kg brinjal & apply oil on it
* Cut it from all sides and insert 1 garlic clove in it
* Then roast this brinjal properly from all sides
* Use any stand (roti stand) for roasting brinjal
* Flip all the sides of brinjal & roast it
* Brinjal is ready .Switch off the flame & keep it in a plate
* For Masala, Add 2 tbsp Oil in a pan
* Add 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste & fry for a minute
* Add 2-3 chopped green chilli & fry it as well
* Add 1 onion finely chopped
* Fry it until it turns pink in colour
* Meanwhile, prepare brinjal (peeled & mashed)
* Peel the skin and mash it properly with potato masher. Brinjal is ready
* Onion turns pink ,Add 2 finely chopped tomatoes
* Mix it well
* Add little salt to cook the masala quickly
* Tomatoes are cooked ,Add remaining spices
* Add 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
* Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
* Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder. Mix it well
* Add mashed brinjal & mix it well
* Add salt (as per taste)
* Add 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
* Add 1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder
* Mix it well & cover the lid & cook it for 2 minutes
* After 2 minutes,open the lid & mix it again
* Add fresh coriander leaves & mix it
* Tasty Baigan Bharta is ready.Garnish it with Coriander leaves
