घर पर आसानी से बनाएं हलवाई जैसी स्वादिष्ट खिली- खिली बूंदी | Boondi recipe

Sweet Boondi or Meethi Boondi is a very famous and delicious Indian Sweet often served as Prasad at temples and homes. It is also made at special occasions like Diwali, Dussherra, Marriages. This is a very simple recipe if proper procedure is followed. It requires little skill and also getting used to preparing the Boondi. The Besan Batter and the Sugar Syrup (Chasni) plays very crucial role in achieving the desired result.
* After 20-25 minutes Batter is ready


* Take a non-stick pan for chashni
* Add 1 Cup Sugar & 1/4th Cup of Water

* Cook it until it is sticky

* Add 1 pinch yellow food colour & 3-4 cardamom (powder)

* Now Chashni is ready
* Mix it well.

* Add little water to make medium consistency batter (not thin or not thick)

* For Boondi,Add 1 Cup Gram flour

* Keep boondi in Chashni for 5-10 minutes

* Add 2 tsp Oill & 1 pinch Baking Soda .Mix well
* Rest for 20-25 minutes

* Add 1 pinch yellow food colour & mix well

* Take 2 cups Ghee/Oil to fry Boondi

* Take any kind of chalni/jhara/net to make boondi

* Pour batter from distance & tap the net/chalni/jhara
* Check the oil

* Tap the batter & fry boondi for 35-40 seconds

* Pour little batter on chalni/jhaara/net from distance
* Take them out in a tissue paper
* Prepare second batch in the same way
* Heat Chashni and Add boondi in it

* Rest the boondi in chashni for 5-10 minutes

* After 10 minutes take them out in a bowl

* Keep the boondi at room temperature for 1-2 hrs

* Boondi is ready
* Perfect Boondi is ready now
