भंडारे वाली स्वादिष्ट आलू की सब्जी बनाने का आसान तरीका | Shadi Vali Aloo Sabji




Ingredients:


1 tbsp Oil
2 Bayleaf,3 Dry Red Chillies, 1 Black Cardamom,2 Green Cardamom,1 Cinnamon Stick,3-4 Black Pepper, 3-4 Cloves
1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Degi Mirch
4-5 Green Chillies (Chopped)
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
2 Tomatoes Puree
4 Boiled & Peeled Potatoes
Salt (as per taste)
1 tbsp Garam Masala
1/2 tbsp Amchoor Powder
1 Glass of Water
Some Chaat Masala & Black Pepper Powder
Coriander leaves(For Garnishing)





Method :

* Take a non-stick pan ,Add 1 tbsp Oil in it.
* When Ghee is hot,Add Dry Masale, Add 2 Bayleaf, 3 Dry Red Chillies, 1 Black Cardamom,2 Green Cardamom,1 Cinnamon Stick,3-4 Black Pepper, 3-4 Cloves.
* Fry for a minute
* Add 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
* When it Splutters,Add 1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
* Add 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
* Add 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tsp Degi Mirch
* Fry for a minute on low flame
* Add 4-5 Green Chillies (Chopped)
* Add 1 tbsp Ginger Paste & fry for a minute
* Add 2 Tomatoes Puree. Cook till Oil seperates.
* Take 4 Boiled & Peeled Potatoes & Mash them into pieces (Small & Big) .Potatoes are ready.
* Check masala ,Cook it for another 2 minutes.
* After Oil Seperates,Add Mashed Potatoes in it.
* Mix it well with the masala
* Add Salt (as per taste), 1 tbsp Garam Masala .
* Add 1/2 tbsp Amchoor Powder & Mix
* Add 1 Glass of Water & Mix it well
* Sprinkle Some Chaat Masala & Black Pepper Powder over it.
* Mix it well & Cover the lid
* COOK FOR 5-7 MINUTES.
* After 5 minutes,Check it.
* Bhandare wali Aloo Sabji is ready
* Switch off the flame & Add some fresh Coriander leaves
* Mix it well & Transfer it in a Serving Bowl.
* Garnish it with Coriander leaves & Serve
