Chocolate Chip Ice Cream



Ingredients :


2 cups heavy cream

 1 cup whole milk

 1/2 cup sugar

 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 1 cup semisweet chocolate chopped

Method :

  1.  Use an ice-cream maker.
  2.  In a large bowl, combine the cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Pour prepared ice cream mixture into 13 x 9-inch baking pan. 
  4.  Freeze for 2 hours or until almost firm. 
  5.  Spoon into large mixer bowl; beat until smooth but still frozen. 
  6.  Stir in chopped morsels. Return to pan; cover tightly. 
  7.  Freeze for 6 hours or overnight until firm .
  8.   Once the desired consistency has been reached, stir in the chocolate.
  9.   Serve immediately or freeze in an airtight container.
