Green Chutney || Coriander Raw Mango Tomato Chutney

Dhaniya chutney is one of the most widely eaten chutneys in India. You can not imagine Paratha, Samosa, Kachori, Pakodi, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Vada and many other Indian snacks and savories without dhaniya chutney. I am preparing the same delicious Dhaniya chutney here .


Some Fresh Coriander Leaves 
Green Chillies – 4-5 
Garlic – 4-5
Lemon – 1/2
Tomato – 1 ( Cut into large pieces)
Raw Mango – 1 ( Cut into large pieces )
Garam masala – 1 tspn
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tspn
Salt – As per taste
Chat Masala – 1 pinch
Water- 1/3 cup

Method :

* First add coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic,tomatoes and raw mango pieces into a mixture jar.

* Now add salt as per taste, 1 spoon garam masala, 1/2 spoon red chilli powder and 1/3rd glass of water

* Blend it into a smooth paste for 5 minutes

* At this time add water if its too thick .

* Blend it again for 2 minutes.

* Now Your Chutney is ready

* Add half lemon juice to it, chat masala, and garnish with coriander leaves.
