Instant Aam Panna Recipe || इस नए तरीके से बनाएं आम पना मिनटों में || Raw Mango Drink-Kairi Panha

Aam Panna or Green Mango Panha is a traditional and most popular Indian summer drink made with raw mango.. It is a natural drink loaded with vitamins and minerals. It will refresh your mind and soul in this scorching summer. Mango panna is very easy to prepare at home with mangoes, mint, sugar and few spices.


4 Raw Mango ( Kachha Aam)
Salt ( As per taste)
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Spoon
Roasted Cumin Powder – 2 Spoons
Tulsi Leaves – 4-5 (optional)
Black pepper – 3-4
Fresh Pudina (Mint ) Leaves
Black Salt – 1 tbspn
Jaljeera Powder – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 2 Spoons
Sugar – 2 tbsp ( As per taste)


1. Wash and peel the mangoes.
2. Remove the seed and cut off the pulp.
3. Now take a pan and add all the mango pieces in it.
4. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of water in it.
5. Now cover the lid and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame 
until it boils and cooked
6. After 5 minutes it starts boiling ,add black pepper (optional) at this time and mix it well.
7. Again cover the lid and cook it for 2 more minutes.
8. Now our mangoes are cooked ,switch off the flame 
and wait until it cools down.
9. Now take a mixture jar and add raw mango pulp,fresh mint leaves,black salt,lemon juice,red chilli powder, cumin powder, tulsi leaves(optional) and salt in it.
10. Now cover the jar and blend the mixture into a smooth paste.
11. Mint leaves chunks gives good flavor to this aam panna 
so i will not churn it completely.
12. Our smooth paste of aam panna is ready but it is too thick.
13. Now add 1 glass of water in it and blend it again.
14. Now our aam panna is ready to serve,
You can store it for 1 month in this concentrated form in refrigerator.
15. First we pour concentrated aam panna mixture into the glasses
then add cold water in it (you can use ice cubes).
16. Now mix it well with a spoon and sprinkle some cumin powder 
and chat masala on it. Garnish it with mint leaves /lemon .
17. Serve it chilled.
