Jeera Rice Recipe|| Restaurant-Style || ऐसे बनाएं खिले-खिले परफेक्ट रेस्टोरेंट स्टाइल जीरा राइस




Ingredients :

*1 Bowl/Cup Basmati Rice(Use any Rice )
* 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
* 2 Bay Leaf(Tejpatta) , 2 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini),
3-4 Black Pepper (Kali Mirch),2 Green Chilli
* 1 tbsp Clarified Butter / Ghee
* Water As Needed

Method:

* Take a pan ,Add 1 tbsp Ghee into it
* When Ghee is hot,Add Bayleaf,Cinnamon stick,Black Pepper & Cumin Seeds
* When Cumin Sedds Crackled,Add Green Chilli & Fry it
* Add Washed Rice into it & Mix all the ingredients well
* Add Quarter to 2 Cups/Bowls of Water
* Add pinch of Salt (Optional)
* Cover the lid until it boils, Cook on high flame
* It starts boiling,Again Mix it & Cover half lid & cook on medium flame
* After 2 minutes ,Rice starts puffed up,mix it again,
Cook for another 2 minutes
* After 2 minutes ,Jeera Rice is ready
* Mix it well .Cover full lid & switch off the flame .Rest it for 5 minutes
* After 5 minutes ,Restaurant Style Perfect Jeera Rice is ready to serve
* Garnish it with fresh Coriander leaves & serve it in a bowl/plate
