MANGO LADOO RECIPE




Today let’s learn how to make simple yet
tasty and different sweet, and that is the Mango Laddu which soft, sweet and
heavenly. Make this sweet and enjoy it with your loved ones.

 

Ingredients:

       
Desiccated
Coconut – 1 cup

       
Condensed
Milk- ½ cup

       
Mango puree
– ½ cup

       
Yellow food
colour- 1 pinch

       
Cardamom
powder- 1 tsp

 

Method:                                                                                                                                       

       
Heat a pan,
add 1 cup desiccated and dry roast it for 2 minutes on medium heat.

       
Add ½ cup
of condensed milk to it and mix it well.

       
Add ½ cup
of mango puree(sweet) and again mix it well. Stir it continuously on medium
heat.

       
Add 1 pinch
yellow food colour and stir it until the mixture is well combined, and add 1
tsp of cardamom powder and mix it well. Once the mixture stops sticking to the
pan it means that the mixture is ready.

       
Now
transfer the mixture to a bowl and let it slightly cool down.

       
Take small
portions of the mixture and make round ladoos with them and then roll them or
coat them with dried desiccated coconut.

       
Now
delicious ladoos are ready. Garnish them with some pistachios.

       
You can
store these ladoos for a week and enjoy them.
