 Navratri Vrat Special Sabudana Kheer



Ingredients:

1 Cup Soaked Sabudana (2-3 hrs)
1 Cup Sugar
1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
6-7 Strands Kesar
Some Chopped Dry Fruits (Almonds,Cashews ,Pistachios)

METHOD:

* Take 1 ltr Full Cream Milk
* Boil it on high flame
* Stir it & put the flame on medium heat
* Add 5-6 Kesar Strands & 1 tbsp Cardamom Powder
* Stir it & cook till milk gets thick
* Add 1 Cup Soaked Sabudana ( 3 hrs) in it
* Cook till milk is half of its quantity
* Add Dry Fruits (Chopped Almonds,Cashews & Pistachios
* Cook on medium flame
* Scrape the cream from the sides & mix
* Stir it continuously
* Switch off the flame & Add 1 Cup of Sugar in it. Mix it well

DRY FRUITS SABUDANA KHEER IS READY TO SERVE
GARNISH IT WITH SOME CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
