Poha Pakodas

Preparation Time – 25 minutes
Serves – 4

Ingredients :


 Leftover Poha – 1 cup
 Finely chopped onion – 1
 Chopped spinach leaves – 1 tbsp
 Corn kernels, crushed – ½ cup
 Potato boiled, mashed – 1
 Green chilies finely chopped – 3
 Salt to taste
 Oil to deep fry

Method :


 Squeeze out excess water from onion and spinach.
 Add to poha, along with all other ingredients.
 Bind into soft mixture. Drop small lumps of mixture in very hot oil.

                                   

         

 Deep fry in hot oil, on low till golden and crisp.

                                           

 Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
