Can oats be made tasty and healthy and also according to our
preference? Yes, all of it can be done. Here is the recipe to make tasty and
healthy vegetable masala oats full of vegetable which tastes amazing and is the
perfect dish for your dinner or lunch.



Oats – 1 cup

Oil – 2 tbsp

Asafoetida – 1 pinch

Turmeric powder – 1 tsp

Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Onion (finely chopped) – 1

Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1

Fresh peas – ½ cup

Red capsicum (finely chopped) – ½

Tomato (finely chopped) – 1

Yellow capsicum (finely chopped) – ½

Corn (boiled) – 4 tbsp

Salt – according to taste

Onion powder – 1 tsp

Garlic powder – 1 tsp

Fresh coriander leaves



First, wash a cup of oats and set it aside.

Then take a pressure cooker, heat 2 tbsp of oil.
Then, add 1 pinch of asafoetida 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder,
and sauté them on medium heat for a minute.

Add finely chopped onion and sauté it till it
turns pinkish. Then, add finely chopped capsicum, ½ cup of fresh peas, finely
chopped red capsicum, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped yellow capsicum, 4
tbsp boiled corn, and sauté it for a minute.

Then add salt to taste and mix it well. Add 1 tsp
onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, quaker homestyle masala flavour mix, and mix
it well.

Now add the soaked oats, some fresh coriander
leaves and mix them well.

Add 4 bowlful of water to it. mix it well and
cover the cooker and let it cook till 3 whistles on medium flame.

After 3 whistles release the pressure, the
vegetable masala oats is ready to serve.

Garnish it with some coriander leaves and enjoy this bowl of
healthy deliciousness.
