CHEESE SANDWICH



Cheese Sandwich is an easy, quick and delicious recipe
enjoyed by everyone, it’s a perfect breakfast and snack time recipe. Also, this
is the recipe in which parents can sneak in healthy vegetables along with
cheese to feed their children. It is a deliciously cheesy and veggie delight.

Ingredients:

      
Amul Cheese Spread – 2 tbsp

      
Bread Slices – 6-7 slices

      
Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 cup

      
Corn (boiled) – 1 cup

      
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 cup

      
Tomato (finely chopped) – 1 medium-sized

      
Cucumber (finely chopped)- ½ 

      
Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup 

      
Butter- 1 cup

      
Salt – according to taste

      
Oregano – 1 tsp

      
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp

      
Cheesy Sauce (optional)

Method:

      
Take a big bowl, add the finely chopped capsicum,
boiled corn, finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato, finely chopped
cucumber, cheese spread, cheesy sauce, salt, oregano, red chilli flakes and mix
it well.

*You can add your preferred vegetables along with it.
You can use processed cheese instead of cheese sauce as well.

      
Take 2 bread slices, place the filling and spread
it uniformly and grate the mozzarella cheese on top of the filling and cover
with another slice of bread.

*You can use wheat bread instead of white bread. You
can also spread melted butter on the bread before placing the filling.

      
Heat a pan and melt some butter. Then toast the
sandwich on each side until the bread is golden brown and crispy. (Cover the
lid and toast the sandwich and keep on the sandwich so it doesn’t burn.)

      
Delicious Cheese Sandwich is ready.

Now cut the sandwich in half and serve it along with
tomato sauce, green chutney or any other dip and enjoy this cheesy delight.
